Leasing Manager

At Allied Properties REIT, we are seeking a skilled Leasing Manager to support our leasing activities in Toronto. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and driving business growth through effective leasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full cycle process for new leases and renewals, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Oversee vacancies, including preparing spaces for showings, managing marketing materials, and leading showings.
  • Provide support and backup to other leasing team members as needed.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external brokers and clients.
  • Report on leasing activities, tenant updates, and market conditions.
  • Assist in preparing various reports and performing due diligence processes for deals.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of commercial real estate leasing experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the commercial leasing process.
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating offers, LOIs, and contracts.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
