Team Lead, Residential Leasing

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead, Residential Leasing to join our team at Bevertec. As a key member of our leasing team, you will be responsible for leading a team of leasing specialists and on-site residential operations employees to achieve optimal occupancy rates and provide exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Train, onboard, and develop all team members, including residential leasing specialists and on-site residential operations employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the leasing team, including preparing monthly and weekly price and promotion recommendations.
  • Delegate in-house leasing with on-site residential operations team members and ensure weekly leasing reports are updated.
  • Collaborate with the residential operations team to identify leasing opportunities and work on goal setting and performance improvement.
  • Manage leasing challenges and participate in regular building walk-throughs and inspections to provide feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with challenging applications, clients, and administrative support for the leasing and marketing team and on-site residential operations team.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma required.
  • Prior leasing experience preferred.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Prior property management or real estate experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to interact and develop cooperative relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure and possess good judgment.
