Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced technological solutions in areas such as IoT, Mobility/5G, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Voice, Collaboration & Contact Centre, and Internet & Private Networks.
  • Lead the pre-sales engineering process, designing innovative technological architectures tailored for Enterprise clients and supporting their strategic programs.
  • Act as a pivotal leader, mobilizing customer teams to transform business requirements into effective solutions and services.
  • Ensure the technological integrity of solutions, guiding clients through the development of complex systems while fostering long-term business relationships and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct feasibility analyses and create strategic technological plans.
  • Document technical proposals, including scope of work, diagrams, and equipment lists.
  • Establish architecture guidelines to streamline decision-making regarding technology investments.
  • Provide technical support during implementation and for internal teams.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with approximately 5 years of experience in developing LAN/WAN/Wireless/Security/Servers technology solutions. Experience in strategic planning and consulting services is essential.

Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of IT architecture implementation and integration, with the ability to analyze complex technical environments. Strong negotiation skills and the capacity to build partnerships with various stakeholders are crucial. Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.

Job Status: Regular - Full Time

For hybrid work arrangements, candidates must be based in Canada and report to a designated office for a minimum of three days a week.
