At ECCO Supply, we are seeking a skilled Commercial Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for estimating and quoting commercial projects, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products and services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take off plans and itemize products and equipment for commercial projects
  • Assemble accurate and timely tenders, including quantities and sell prices for commercial products and equipment
  • Project manage commercial projects from tender to completion
  • Order project materials and equipment as required
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of products and services to customers
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records of project activity
  • Identify and solicit potential clients and promote business from all aspects of the HVAC industry
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and disputes in a professional manner
  • Work closely with senior estimators and other team members to achieve sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC products and equipment
  • Excellent estimating and project management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
