Job Title: Senior Director of Operations

At Joe Johnson Equipment Edmonton, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Operations to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of operational managers to ensure effective execution of business plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in an operational management role within the heavy equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing multiple branches/teams to meet or exceed financial and non-financial objectives.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of parts and equipment repair processes.
  • Advanced experience with MS Office and dealer management software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
