About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director of Operations to join our team at Joe Johnson Equipment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual operating plans (AOPs) that align with company objectives
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors to identify and execute on company-wide strategies
  • Assess and report on results against AOPs, providing analysis and recommendations for improvement
  • Partner with Regional Directors and business analysts to optimize branch KPIs and drive forecasted results
  • Lead or participate in various company projects and initiatives to support profitable growth
Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in an operational management role, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
  • Proven success in leading and managing multiple branches/teams, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding financial and non-financial objectives
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of parts and equipment repair processes
  • Advanced experience with MS Office and dealer management software
