The Cleaning Operations Supervisor at 4-WAY CONCRETE LTD is responsible for overseeing the cleaning staff and ensuring that all facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and develop cleaning personnel
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards

  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
