Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring presentation and quality meet our high standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient ordering and stock management.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
