Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Post & Row Taphouse & Eatery. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team to achieve exceptional food quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our guests.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients to maintain our commitment to freshness and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with our beverage team to create innovative pairing experiences.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the kitchen team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
