Position Overview

As a Retail Team Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to cultivate a supportive team atmosphere that encourages inclusivity and positive relationships. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving store performance, focusing on achieving sales and profitability targets, as well as overseeing recruitment, performance management, training, and development initiatives. Your adaptability to various situations, environments, and challenges will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the store meets company objectives and key performance indicators; Provide effective leadership by adhering to company policies, managing shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling; Execute merchandising strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store atmosphere that encourages customer engagement; Mentor and coach team members, providing immediate feedback; Maintain open and effective communication with the Store Manager and District Manager.

Qualifications:

What You Bring:

A minimum of 6 months of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment. Proven ability to mobilize a team towards shared objectives. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting, with a commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Availability to work evenings and weekends. Willingness to travel between store locations as necessary.
