About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 2172202 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Drive sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies and providing exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Employee Development: Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career development.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and organized manner, including maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
