About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Vice President to join our team at Wealth Builders International. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development, while ensuring the effective implementation of our organizational policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including the allocation of resources and the establishment of key performance indicators.
  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and guidance to senior staff, including the selection and development of middle managers and directors.
  • Financial Management: Establish and manage financial controls, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure the effective use of resources.
  • Human Resources: Develop and implement human resources strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, including diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Communication and Representation: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior executive role, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive business growth and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Work Environment
