About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fashion Boutique Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist clients in a personalized and welcoming manner, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Offer expert advice on fashion trends and products, making recommendations to clients based on their personal style and preferences.
  • Operations: Process transactions, restock shelves, and perform various daily tasks to maintain a well-organized and efficient store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Boutique 1861 as a brand ambassador, embodying our values and mission.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Skills: Passion for fashion, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
