About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our team at Versace. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to our discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Achieve individual sales targets and inspire others to achieve their goals through effective sales strategies and techniques.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and expand our customer base by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales opportunities.
  • Community Outreach: Implement and manage our boutique's community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clients and drive business growth.
  • Team Management: Motivate and lead our team to deliver operational excellence in all store processes and drive results through accountability and celebrating successes.
  • Training and Development: Assist the Store Manager in training and developing staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience at a high-end retailer.
