Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist clients in a personalized and welcoming manner, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Provide expert advice on fashion trends and products, making recommendations to clients based on their personal style and preferences.
  • Operations: Process transactions, restock shelves, and perform various daily tasks to maintain a well-organized and efficient store environment.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and support each other in a positive and dynamic work environment.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent Boutique 1861 as a fashion expert, promoting our brand values and aesthetic to clients and colleagues alike.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in a retail or fashion environment (previous experience in sales a plus).
  • Skills: Passion for fashion, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive attitude.
