About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at RC FAMILY ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Recruit and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education and 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
