About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at RC FAMILY ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our data analytics efforts and driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services, to meet business needs and objectives.
  • Direct and control daily operations, evaluating their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed to optimize performance.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Recruit and supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and growth within the organization.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in data analytics and IT project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, data processing and systems, and big data.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
