About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team at RC Family Ontario Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Assign and oversee IT projects to systems analysts, programmers, and other computer technicians to ensure timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • IT Strategy: Coordinate the design and deployment of new IT systems and services, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Operational Oversight: Direct and control daily operations, evaluating performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize efficiency.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimizing waste.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff, including computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians, and other personnel, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Incident Management: Authorize the development of specifications for products or services and manage incidents to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in IT project management, strategy, and operations.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
