Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Solutions and Analytics Manager to join our team at the Canadian Association of Labour Media. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of business intelligence, applications, and data analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of data-driven strategies to inform business decisions
  • Design and implement data analytics solutions to support business intelligence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data analytics into business processes
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations and reporting dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity and security across systems
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business analytics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing staff of direct reports
  • Minimum of 5 years in data analytics and reporting, digital enterprise solutions, business analysis, and project management
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge to develop innovative approaches and strategic recommendations
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to execute projects within time and budget constraints
Preferred Qualifications
  • Second language skills as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) level indicated above
  • Experience and formal training combined with demonstrated performance and ability may substitute for stipulated academic requirements
