About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd. as a key member of our construction department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Team Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and supervise a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance, support, and direction to ensure project success.
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or business administration.
  • Experience
    • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in a commercial and/or industrial construction setting.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of construction management principles, practices, and procedures.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and attention to detail.
