We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Go Place Club Inc. as a Front Desk Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing: Greet individuals and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Customer Service: Obtain and process information required to offer exceptional customer service.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system to manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, recording and relaying information, and scheduling appointments.
  • Financial Transactions: Handle financial transactions, such as sending invoices and receiving payments.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date work records and logs.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and arrange teleconferences as needed.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure a secure and safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks, requiring strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
