  • Reporting on key performance indicators and metrics across your team to confirm that clients are receiving an exceptional initial experience with Karbon.
  • Executing the team strategy and managing operations through close collaboration with your cross-functional colleagues.
  • Working in tandem with our sales leaders to ensure a smooth customer handoff process.
  • Accurately forecasting to ensure adequate coverage for incoming customer projects.
  • Promoting automation and technology-driven processes, contributing to the existing customer health scoring system and related strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading implementation teams with successful outcomes.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and relationships while fostering a collaborative environment.
  • A strong passion for identifying the optimal onboarding pathways for clients.
  • Experience in driving teams to effectively achieve goals and objectives.
  • A consultative approach with the humility to encourage firms to rethink their processes.
  • Demonstrated success through analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities: capable of understanding a problem, proposing a data-informed approach, and designing a strategy based on insights gained.
  • Proven ability to evaluate, select, and onboard new technologies to enhance business processes and user satisfaction.
  • The capacity to transition from ideation to execution: a proactive mindset, quick to test approaches, able to synthesize learnings, and iterate effectively.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration: building strong relationships with partners across various functions.
  • Ability to keep projects on track, regardless of hard deadlines.
  • Proficiency in providing and receiving feedback, delivering constructive criticism across all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing accounting software (e.g., GL migrations, ERP implementations).
  • Led teams through significant software transitions in the past.
  • Previous experience in a company that offers Workflow, Accounting, or Project Management software.
  • In-depth knowledge and prior experience with Karbon.
  • Familiarity with startup environments.

Why Join Karbon?

  • Up to 5 weeks of paid vacation annually.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including fully employer-paid:
    • Medical, prescription, and paramedical coverage.
    • Dental insurance.
    • Vision care.
    • Life insurance.
    • $500 annual healthcare spending account.
  • Home office allowance.
  • Generous parental leave policy.
  • Opportunity to work with and learn from a high-performing, experienced team.
  • Be part of a rapidly growing company that prioritizes promoting high performers from within.
  • A collaborative, team-oriented culture that values diversity, invests in employee development, and provides consistent feedback.
