Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at A & T Hospitality Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and training to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen and ensure efficient operations.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Restaurant.
