We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Knack and Pace Inc. as a key member of our culinary operations.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Source and procure high-quality ingredients, supplies, and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of leading a team, managing budgets, and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent culinary skills, knowledge of food safety, and sanitation practices.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively.
