An exciting opportunity has arisen within our dynamic Inbound Sales Division.
As a Web Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to transform leads generated by our Marketing and Web departments into successful sales. You will work towards achievable targets and KPIs, addressing all inquiries from marketing and web customers, identifying their needs, and recommending the appropriate Fuel Card product to finalize the sale.
Our existing Web Sales Executives come from diverse backgrounds, so prior knowledge of the fuel card sector is not necessary for success. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you become a subject matter expert, equipping you to provide the best guidance to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with and convert warm leads from the web and marketing teams.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings.
- Promote the use of fuel cards and additional services.
- Deliver exceptional service to enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Document call details and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Ensure follow-up calls and courtesy calls are conducted timely.
- Perform any other tasks as reasonably requested.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Enthusiastic with excellent communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn about call techniques, products, and services.
- Curious mindset, keen to understand our customers and their businesses.
- Confidence in engaging with customers over the phone.
