Job Title: Occupational Health Manager

Centre de Santé Saint-Boniface is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Manager to join our team. As an Occupational Health Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Occupational Health functions for our organization, including the efficient utilization and management of human, material, and financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Occupational Health program, researching current trends, demands, emerging issues, and needs related to Occupational Health.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations, accreditation standards, and existing Federal and Provincial guidelines and standards.
  • Function as a member of the management team of Occupational Health and Safety, participating in regional initiatives as requested.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, providing leadership and team building skills.
Requirements:
  • Five (5) years' experience in an Occupational Health and Safety setting or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience in research and data analysis, program planning, development, and evaluation.
  • Advanced preparation in Occupational Health and Safety required.
  • Extensive working knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety policies, protocols, and programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in community health, ambulatory care, critical care, or emergency nursing.
  • Finance and budgeting experience an asset.
