Become a Part of Our Fashion Team - Keyholder Role

The Keyholder will report directly to the store manager, playing a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service by ensuring shoppers feel welcomed, understanding their preferences, and fostering trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remarkable shopping experiences to cultivate strong customer relationships and loyalty.
  • Serve as a cashier while applying sales expertise to enhance the purchase of complementary items.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards throughout the sales area.
  • Execute store opening and closing procedures effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least two years of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset for candidates in Quebec.
