About the Role

The Fashion Consultant plays a key role in providing an exceptional customer experience by making customers feel at ease, listening to their needs, and inspiring confidence. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing an exceptional shopping experience that fosters positive relationships with customers and encourages loyalty.
  • Assuming the role of cashier while leveraging knowledge of sales, promotions, and product knowledge to increase sales of related items.
  • Ensuring that all visual presentation standards are met by walking the sales floor.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in sales or customer service, an asset.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment while committing to providing an exceptional customer experience.
