About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at CB Canada. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient support and ensuring seamless delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects and cases with precision and attention to detail.
  • Provide telephone support to patients, healthcare professionals, and funding bodies, addressing funding and access issues, compliance programs, and other concerns.
  • Administer and adhere to case-management protocols, including clinical monitoring, data collection, patient follow-up, compliance, and adverse event reporting.
  • Implement pharmaceutical and biotechnology-related market research initiatives with physicians, patients, pharmacists, or other allied health professionals.
  • Document all activities in our program-specific database.
  • Participate in ongoing refresher training and specialized training courses for specific products or programs as deemed necessary by your manager.
  • Communicate effectively with your manager, pod, and program-trained colleagues regarding case management during absences.
  • Contribute to the training process of new caseworkers, including shadowing and call monitoring.
  • Report all Adverse Events to the assigned units/departments.
Requirements
  • Medical or healthcare knowledge or experience.
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service.
  • Ability to multitask, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, with a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
