Key Responsibilities- Product Preparation: Prepare dough and batters for a range of products, including pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Baking: Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality products.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, ensuring that products meet our high standards.
- Team Leadership: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the necessary support and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that products meet established standards.
- Maintenance: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure that products are prepared and presented to a high standard.
- Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Conditions: The bakery department is a physically demanding environment, with repetitive tasks and a fast-paced workflow.
