Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit U.S. immigration applications
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of immigration applications
  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably as a Law Clerk
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Suite
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience with US Immigration Law
  • Database management experience
  • Excellent communication skills

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid work arrangement in Toronto, ON

Assignment Duration:

3 months
