Office Administrator Opportunity

Stoutenberg & Company, a reputable public accounting firm with offices in Olds and Stettler, is seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join their team in Olds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional client service, including greeting and communicating with clients via various channels
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, scanning, and ordering office supplies
  • Manage schedules and book meetings with precision
  • Process invoices, statements, and payments with accuracy
  • Offer administrative support to management, handling confidential information with discretion
  • Prepare and eFile personal and corporate returns
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively
Work Environment:
  • Full-time position based in the Olds office, with regular working hours and occasional overtime during tax season
  • Salary based on experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Olds, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work

Experience:

  • Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
