Restaurant Operations Manager Job Description

Ginza Ichiban Japanese Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profitability
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to enhance customer experience
  • Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to meet budget goals
  • Plan and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies
  • Address customer complaints and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certificate
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
