About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at AP Murphy Construction. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the site.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing the site for construction, including cleaning and clearing debris.
  • Construction Tasks: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, as well as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from the construction site.
Work Environment

As a Construction Laborer, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, often under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be required to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
