Job Title: Application Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Support Analyst to join our team at Techy Logs Software Inc. As an Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to software applications, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to support user queries.
  • Participate in the design and testing of new software applications.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of software applications, hardware, and network connectivity.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
