- Operational Management: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, including developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business.
