Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Fast Fix Appliance Solution Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
