Role and Responsibilities

CAE is seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager - Air Traffic Services to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring seamless training programs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement customer-centric training programs to meet the needs of our anchor customer, NAV CANADA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, coordination, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing daily sales requests, change orders, and customer inquiries.
  • Identify and lead improvement activities to enhance the customer journey and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, operations, or coordinator-type roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain strong customer orientation under adverse circumstances.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability, with a focus on quality and continuous process improvement.
  • Experience using STARS, Gemini, PowerBI, Salesforce, Centrik, or SAP is an asset.
