Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Identify and select high-quality merchandise for resale, taking into account market trends and customer demand.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise the work of other buyers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or supply chain management.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail business.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
