Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Sourcing: Identify and select high-quality merchandise for resale, taking into account market trends and customer demand.
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the distribution of merchandise to outlets, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Team Leadership: Supervise the work of other buyers, providing guidance and support to ensure the team meets its objectives.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or supply chain management.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail business.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail business environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
Language and Work Conditions- Language: English
- Work Conditions: 30 hours per week, permanent position
