About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Joseph Haulage Canada Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services across our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Logistics Planning: Plan and coordinate the operational logistics of our organization, including scheduling, routing, and inventory management.
  • Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure our vehicles and equipment are in good working condition.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs, tracking shipments, mileage, fuel use, and other expenses.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Stay up-to-date on cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
