Job Title: Head of Design, Global Supplier Technology

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Design to lead our Global Supplier Technology team. As a key member of our design organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing design strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of global supplier technology products and services
  • Develop and execute design strategies that align with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet customer needs
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality design deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in design leadership roles
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful design strategies
  • Strong understanding of design principles and human-centered design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage and mentor a team of designers
