Job Title: Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Sign Zone. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and colleagues, addressing their queries and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues promptly, using your problem-solving skills and judgment to find solutions that meet the needs of our clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
