Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the theatre.
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of the theatre, including setting up and cleaning equipment and facilities.
  • Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and theatre operations.

Requirements

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
