The RoleWe are seeking a customer service-oriented, results-driven Store Manager to join our team in Grande Prairie. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the financial success, people management, administration, sales, and service of your location. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly, assisting our Regional Manager with the management and leadership of all aspects of the business and the execution of policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment with a focus on team wins, coaching, guiding, and assisting your team whenever needed.
- Drive collective efforts to exceed overall store sales performance targets, confirming rates, following up on leads, and ensuring all equipment is secure, in good condition, and delivered on time.
- Promote and prioritize customer service, responding to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, acting as a Motion LP ambassador.
- Assist the Regional Manager in the overall development and execution of the strategic plan, supporting the data and reporting function, maintaining our client database, ordering office supplies, and meeting the overall needs of the store and office.
- Progressive experience in a retail, branch, or service environment leading up to a Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Manager role.
- Experience leading teams and strong values of respect, responsiveness, and an outstanding work ethic.
- Technical skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to come up to speed on new software programs.
- A clean criminal background check and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
