Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team at Mike's Hard Lemonade Co. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, timely collection of outstanding receivables, and fostering positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage Canadian accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, cash applications, and collection communication with customers.
  • Execute month-end tasks and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Assist with annual financial statement audit, providing support and documentation as needed.
  • Resolve emails and other correspondence related to accounts receivable, ensuring prompt and professional communication with clients.
  • Routinely evaluate existing processes to identify efficiencies and make recommendations to senior team members.
  • Prepare Canadian accounts receivable aging reporting, providing insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, with a strong understanding of financial transactions and processes.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
