Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Insurance Broker Trainee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients via phone and email
  • Assist clients in selecting and purchasing insurance products that meet their needs
  • Update client files and records accurately and efficiently
  • Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide informed advice to clients
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Fluency in oral and written French required (bilingualism an asset)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
