Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Education Program Coordinator to join our team at Sun Peaks Resort LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing education programs, providing administrative support, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination
    • Coordinate and implement education programs, including curriculum development and delivery
    • Collaborate with instructors and other stakeholders to ensure program success
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the education team, including scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
    • Assist with the development and implementation of policies and procedures
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
    • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, and partners
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Prepare and submit reports on program performance and customer feedback
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • First Aid Certificate
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Work Environment
