Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Education Program Coordinator to join our team at Sun Peaks Resort LLP. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating educational programs, providing professional development and training services to teachers, and administering pre-hospital emergency care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Coordination
    • Develop and implement educational programs for teachers and staff
    • Coordinate logistics and resources for program delivery
    • Ensure program quality and effectiveness
  • Professional Development and Training
    • Design and deliver training sessions for teachers and staff
    • Provide on-going support and coaching to teachers
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers
  • Pre-Hospital Emergency Care
    • Administer pre-hospital emergency care as required
    • Develop and maintain emergency response plans
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and external stakeholders
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure program alignment and effectiveness
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in education or a related field
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
