About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at 14742281 Canada Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials Such as Concrete and Asphalt
  • Assist Skilled Tradespersons in Framing Houses, Erecting Walls, and Building Roofs
  • Assist in Demolishing Buildings and Cleaning Up Construction Sites
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris at Construction Sites
  • Tend or Feed Machines or Equipment Used in Construction
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will work outdoors in a variety of locations, including construction sites. You will be exposed to noisy and dusty environments, and will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and ear plugs.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • Will Train
  • Flexibility, Reliability, and Team Player
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This is a physically demanding role that requires you to be able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, and will be willing to travel regularly.

Security and Safety

You will be required to undergo a criminal record check, and will be expected to maintain a high level of safety and security at all times.
