About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically fit Construction Labourer and Helper to join our team at 14742281 Canada Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials
  • Mix, Pour, and Spread Materials Such as Concrete and Asphalt
  • Assist Skilled Tradespersons in Framing Houses, Erecting Walls, and Building Roofs
  • Assist in Demolishing Buildings
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris at Construction Sites
  • Tend or Feed Machines or Equipment Used in Construction
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer and Helper, you will work outdoors in various locations, often in noisy and dusty environments. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots, a hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, gloves, and ear plugs to ensure your safety and well-being.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • Will Train
  • Flexibility, Reliability, and Team Player
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This is a physically demanding role that requires you to be able to lift, carry, and move heavy materials and equipment. You must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
